Decorated police officer, Brian Flanagan, has 22 years of service in Connecticut. During his tenure, he was the first Detective to be named in town, a position he set up and implemented. He also has also been assigned to different functions throughout his career to include the Tolland County Multidisciplinary Team, Missing Person’s Team, and Field Training Officer.

Besides his career as a law enforcement officer, he was an online adjunct professor for seven years. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Connecticut and a Master’s Degree from Central Connecticut State University. In addition, Brian has been studying the spiritual martial art of Aikido for the past 15 years.
